Apron Redesignation - Whitecourt Airport

HM Aero was retained by Woodlands County to complete a comprehensive compliance review of Apron III against TP312 5th Edition requirements, and provide taxiway redesignation options as recommendations. Working with local topographical survey crew, HM Aero identified areas of interest necessary for analysis, and completed compliance analysis against TP312 5th Edition of required taxiway specifications.

HM Aero’s engineering team worked closely with County staff to collect information related to construction history, past studies, and current pavement condition. All analysis findings were integrated to illustrate redesignation options of Apron III and three intersecting municipal roadways.

HM Aero delivered a recommendation report, travelled to the site for for a presentation with County representatives, and followed through with supporting documents and figures for implementation of the recommended option.
